Wonderful to watch this on DVD after all these years. The scenery from the Dandenongs including Puffing Billy, fashion, cars, decor plus the catchy theme song combine to make this a thoroughly entertaining trip down memory lane.
As a child this captivated me, now watching all these years later, it's too bad there was only one season. Paul Cronin delivers a strong performance balancing the stories aimed at children while maintaining a natural and unaffected depiction of a country cop. Recommended.
